Cozy 1br, 2ba Log Cabin with Hot Tub

Bearific Stay is a 1,300 Sq. Ft. real log cabin, it has 2 floors, each floor has a deck to take in the views, a gas log fire place and full bathroom. The bedroom and living room both have flat screen cable TV’s and Wi-Fi through out the cabin. Try your skill at a 7 foot air hockey game and a 2 person arcade with 60 of the 1980’s games (Pacman, Donkey Kong and much more. Or just relax, take in the quality time with your family and friends, soak in the hot tub, kick off your shoes and stay awhile. Whatever you do just have fun!

The cabin is located just 1 mile from “Glades Rd” (Art District) and 1 mile from the NEW Gatlinburg ” Rocky Top Sports World”. There is a Food City grocery store 1.5 miles away and the City of Gatlinburg is just 3 miles away.

Refundable damage deposit $250
Pet Fees: $65 + Tax for 1st Pet, $25 for 2nd Pet
Cleaning Fee $70 + Tax
Tax Rate 12.75%

Half of the rental amount due at booking, second half payment plus $250.00 security deposit due 60 days prior to stay

Owner’s Cancellation Policy:

100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
Security deposit fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
